Idea #2:  Enjoy a Variety of Recreational Activities at the Rio Grande Gorge. The Rio Grande Gorge is a spectacular attraction to visit in northern New Mexico. The Rio Grande Bridge provides outstanding views of the Rio Grande River 650 feet below as well as the expanse of the narrow rock Gorge. Hauntings aside, the Bridge provides a dazzling view of the Rio Grande Gorge.
